A native of Aliceville, Alabama, Libby received her bachelor’s degree from Mississippi University for Women and her juris doctorate degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Prior to joining The Westervelt Company, Libby practiced with the Rosen, Wright, Harwood, Albright & Cook law firm.

She joined The Westervelt company in 1981 as Assistant General Counsel and was named Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel in 2000.

In this role, she is responsible for corporate governance, shareholder relations, stockholder system and legal affairs.
